The Harvest Festival concentrated on God’s provision from the ground. Mining artifacts and miners uniforms were borrowed from the National Mining Museum, the service included presentations on the mines of Morley, on the work of the International Miners Mission and retired miner, Jeff Robinson, gave his testamony.

The hall was decorated with a display of garments knitted by members of the Morley Elderly Action Craft Group for distribution by IMM to poor miners families around the world. The serviceĀ  was followed by a miners supper.
