In October we celebrated Harvest by looking at the history of Morley and how God’s work has developed in the town. The theme was based around the former Cross Hall Infant School building, opened in the 1880’s and due to close permanently in November. This building has been the home of the church since our formation in the year 2000. The service was supported by the Morley Elderly Action craft group who knitted scarves to be given to the New Hope project in Leeds who are working with people suffering from addiction to alcohol and drugs. The service was followed by a Harvest supper.
